此书有点意思,也是公司推荐。经理要了解每个人的5个优点属性(talent)

扬长避短,大脑结构在少年时代已经确定,训练最多只能提高技巧,无法改变天资,而且故意集中在短处弥补上的训练,通常很费精力,得不偿失。

发现很多书,都强调有一个精确的语言系统(本书说,形容人格特质,多数都是贬义词,褒义词没有形成精确体系)
